What are the main tasks of a customer support specialist?
- as we see it -

Collaborate with Technical Support and product teams to resolve technical issues and channel customer feedback to our product development. Help our users with invoice and payment-related questions and issues, coordinate with Finance if necessary

Answer customer questions and resolve issues via our support channels (tickets, phone, and chat) both in English and Hungarian


Create and maintain support documentations in several formats (videos, Q&As, articles)

Take part in strategic planning and customer-related initiatives and projects

Product Marketer position
