Administration of order processes and providing answers to customers of invoicing. 

Answer Customer Questions through chat, email, and phone in English and Hungarian language as well. Also, identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features.

Creating and maintaining documentation in many formats: videos, Q&As, and articles

Working together with other teams: especially with the technical support, finance, and sales departments.
