Partner Success Manager
What are the main tasks of a partner success manager?
- as we see it -
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
As a marketing tool, we are looking for someone who can advise our key clients on industry issues
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Organize and hold meetings with the account owners if necessary, give product training to the team

Big Plus:

You are fluent in English and in Hungarian, both in written and verbal communication. Our main customer base is the US market
You are dynamic and a fast learner: our product evolves and grows, so it is a good challenge to keep up your expert status to provide the best service for our customers
